founder / operator / builder
Finnish. I dropped out of high school and moved to Germany in 2017, where I still live.
I co-founded Lianox in a 28m² apartment. It became a mid-seven-figure ecommerce company serving more than 50 countries. Now I am CMO at Psychedelic Games, building the commercial systems around Golden Tides.
The work keeps following the same loop: find the system, understand it, build it, scale it. Sometimes that means marketing. Increasingly it means software, automation and AI.
About me
Most of what I know came from reading, building things, breaking them, and then having to work out why they broke.
I tend to become interested in the system underneath the work: the feedback loop behind a campaign, the infrastructure behind a company, the incentives inside a game, or the tool that should exist but does not.
I like old internet culture, games, philosophy, human behaviour and businesses that probably look unreasonable before they work.
